CTI Announces Promotions in the Training and Information Technology Departments

CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services (CTI), a multi-national, privately held, full-service contract research organization (CRO) is pleased to announce the promotions of Hadley Decker and Chris Kaas to Director of Global Training & Development and Director of Information Technology (IT), respectively.

Hadley Decker, MS - Director, Global Training & Development

Hadley has been a member of the CTI team since our third year in business when she joined as as a Senior Clinical Research Associate. She has held multiple positions at CTI including Director, Clinical Trials and most recently Director, Clinical Project Management Training and Development. In her new role, Hadley will lead the Global Training and Development Department, continuing to develop and expand relevant educational programs for all team members, identify and develop technology that will enhance efficiency, and ensure that training materials are available for future reference by our team members around the world.

Chris Kaas, BS, PMP - Director, Information Technology

Chris joined CTI in 2014 as Senior Manager, IT, bringing with him more than 15 years of IT experience in the CRO industry. He quickly rose to the role of Assistant Director, IT, taking responsibility for several large projects, including the integrations of clinical systems, the architecture of CTI's expanded Business Intelligence system, and the development of new functional databases. In his new role, Chris will continue to be a key contact for our partners and sponsors and be integral to the IT Clinical Systems team’s delivery of solutions and services.
