FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE [Covington, KY ~ September 19, 2019] CTI Clinical Trial & Consulting (CTI), a multi-national, privately held, full-service contract research organization is proud to congratulate Pat Earley, Chief International Business Officer, on his receipt of the Cincinnati Business Courier's Second Act award.
The Second Act Awards honor professionals who have started a new career path after building success in a previous field. The 2019 awards luncheon honoring the winners was held on Thursday, September 19 at Cincinnati Music Hall.
After spending 20 years in account management, sales, and marketing for various health benefit providers, Pat joined CTI in 2009 to provide analyses and recommendations on international business ventures. In his time at CTI, Pat has consistently been a crucial component to CTI’s growth and operations outside of the United States. Now in the role of Chief International Business officer, his list of achievements includes establishing more than 20 offices across Latin America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.
"Pat is a natural leader, and we are fortunate to have him as a part of our team," remarks Tim Schroeder, Founder and CEO of CTI. "His affability and kindness combine with an air of competence that inspires confidence in the people he leads. CTI needed someone who could break into geographies that had never heard of the company, and convince people to not just to listen to CTI’s message, but to also buy in to our culture. Pat succeeded in this endeavor beyond expectations."
