CTI Clinical Trial & Consulting Services Announces Promotion of Patrick Dearing to VP Global Human Resources

CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services (CTI), a multi-national, privately held, full-service contract research organization is pleased to announce the promotion of Patrick Dearing to his new role as Vice President, Global Human Resources.

Patrick Dearing - Vice President, Global Human Resources
Patrick Dearing joined CTI in July of 2015 as Executive Director, Global Human Resources. He has worked to assimilate CTI’s HR policies and procedures throughout our geographic areas, and is beginning to build the infrastructure that will position us for growth for years to come. Dearing is, and will continue to be, a key advisor with respect to organizational development and structural changes/considerations, and leads the advancement of our Human Resource Department’s process improvement and strategic thinking.
Prior to joining CTI, Dearing spent nearly 20 years developing his expertise in various Human Resources roles, including serving as Senior Director, Global Benefits at Convergys Corporation and Director, Benefits at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.
Dearing earned his Masters of Business Administration at Xavier University and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at University of Cincinnati.
