CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services (CTI) announces William Aronstein, PhD, MD, FACP has been promoted to Vice President, Medical Affairs.
Dr. Aronstein has vast experience in early phase clinical development, including protocol development, execution, and analysis, as well as over 30 years of clinical, academic, and industry experience. As Vice President, he will oversee the Medical Affairs group in their many roles, ranging from medical monitoring and protocol development, drug development strategic advice, business development duties, and many other responsibilities.
Prior to CTI, Dr. Aronstein held numerous positions with Procter and Gamble Pharmaceuticals. He was also an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Emory University and held multiple positions with Johns Hopkins Hospital, including Attending Physician, Assistant Professor of Medicine, Clinical Director of the Division of Internal Medicine, and Clinical Director of Ambulatory Care in the Department of Medicine. Dr. Aronstein earned his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Wesleyan University. He received his Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmacology & Experimental Therapeutics and his Doctor of Medicine from The Johns Hopkins University.
