[Cincinnati, Ohio; November 19, 2009] CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services (CTI) announced that it has been named a "Best Place to Work" in Greater Cincinnati by the Cincinnati Business Courier in the "Medium Size" company category for the second consecutive year. The winners were announced at the Greater Cincinnati Best Places to Work luncheon on Wednesday, November 11, 2009. CTI won in the same category for the first time last year.
”The Best Places to Work award, while certainly not the only measure of success, is a barometer for how well we are doing in certain areas,” said Paul Ritter, Vice President & General Counsel for CTI. “It is largely a measure of how our employees feel about working at CTI. It tells us that our employees feel valued and are generally satisfied with their working environment here. That, more than anything, makes us proud and honored to be a recipient for the past two years.”
The Business Courier’s seventh annual “Greater Cincinnati’s Best Places to Work” publication dated November 13, 2009 announced winners based on the results of anonymous surveys completed by employees. The 37-question survey measures employee trust in management and coworkers, the company’s commitment to professional development, and employee satisfaction with compensation and benefits. Results were analyzed by an independent research company to determine winners in four categories based on company size. This year’s Greater Cincinnati's Best Places to Work competition was open to any company based in the 15-county Greater Cincinnati region.
