CTI to Be Honored as a Growth Company

Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce recognizes CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services with receipt of prestigious growth award

CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services (CTI) announced today that the Cincinnati USA Partnership, a regional development initiative supported by the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, has recognized the growth and commitment of CTI to the Cincinnati area by presenting CTI with a 2004 Growth Company award. The award acknowledges the dedication of CTI to the economic vitality of the Cincinnati area.

Cincinnati USA has a criteria which defines their measurement of a growth company. A company which meets one of the following criteria is recognized as a qualified growth company: New construction of at least 20,000 square feet Level of investment that equaled or exceeded $1 million Added or retained at least 50 new jobs
CTI met all of the required elements to be considered one of the regions growth companies. In 2004, CTI relocated to a new 40,000 square foot corporate headquarters. CTI has been able to maintain a 90% employee retention rate and averages between one and two additional new employees each month. The company has been able to sustain continued growth due to a 95% repeat business benchmark and the continuous addition of new clients. With revenues approximately doubling each of the past three years, CTI attributes its growth to a strong base of existing clients and a commitment to expand this base through existing and new client penetration.

“We are honored to receive this award,” according to Timothy J Schroeder, President and CEO. “The success of CTI that has led to the growth is due to the commitment of the employees to the company and the success of our clients. Without the dedication of each of our employees, CTI would not be able to sustain this continuous growth.”
